Princess Madeleine of Sweden and kids reciving Christmas Trees

- Princess Madeleine, Christopher ONeil, Princess Leonore, Prince Nicolas and Princess Adrienne at the christmas trees cermony at the Swedish Royal Palace on December 20, 2021. This is the first time Mr ONeil participating in this cermony. The christmas trees was deliverd by the Student Union, SLU, for the traditional hand over of Christmas trees to the Royal Palace in Stockholm.
The kids recived their own litle tree and had so fun at the palace.

Glad Madeleine and her family were able to make it home for Christmas!
They live in London now, not that far ;) .
The Swedish Royal family is true nice and the kids are so cute.

This is an interesting tradition, but doesn't look as though it was well-planned or perhaps the execution thereof was just sloppy. But then they were given by a student union, so perhaps a bit of informality is to be expected and these royals are not as accustomed to court life there.
This is the first time Madeleine's children have received the trees. Usually it goes very well.
@@disneydip I was not being hyper-critical, but merely noting that the youth of the presenting student union or the inexperience of these particular royals or the requirements of the pandemic protocols had made the whole affair a bit impromptu, informal in its feel to a viewer. There's nothing wrong with that at all. Kids, pets, prickly trees, a pandemic = less polished. Due to pandemic protocols, it could have become too stiff, too rigid, stuffy.
This Royal family shows unity though they live in different parts of the world. What a shame on Haz and Megs in contrast.

A very nice family, but the kids don't feel very interested - especially the eldest one, she seem to be rather protesting...
Most likely she doesn't get the purpose of all this. Leonore appears to be stubborn and defy her parents a lot.
She is still participating and that is very cool.
Either she is very smart or very stupid, I can't tell without meeting people in person. There's no way her intelligence is average, that's for sure though. The parents are the cause of either high or low intelligence.
@@christoffer4862 She can have some psychical/behavioral problem. A light AS may be as she overmoves and her facial mimics are also strange, observe when they enter and approaching. Anyway, I'm sorry...
@@polyglot.basketer947 That doesn't sound right. I think you are assessing Leonore's situation in terms of socially construed symptoms of illness.
Either she is completely self reliant and smart as hell or she doesn't at all perceive what others think of things.
The only way to find out which one it is, is to meet her in person. It is impossible to asess without socially interacting with her without her parents, since she's defying them.

Princess Leonora was behaving strangely... Perhaps she is shy and was intimidated ?
@@leazevulun7673 She probably is a little - and adorable ;) - pain in the neck. I remember the way she behaved at Adrienne's christening and her mother frowning at her to no avail. The problem in Scandinavia is that you mustn't slap your children, even lightly on their btm.
@@Beirut27 I live in Scandinavia and it is possible to get well-behaved children without abusing them.
@@tindrabeam5922 I have many friends in Sweden and family and friends in Norway. What Scandinavians don't understand is the fact that there are worse kinds of abuse than a slap on the btm : emotional blackmail and *that* is impossible to put your finger on, hence to fight. And much more damaging. As for Princess Madeleine and hubby obviously they find it impossible to get well-behaved children.
