Point in Time Homeless Count 2015

The 2015 Homeless Count in Charlotte Mecklenburg is over. This is a look at how 250 volunteers worked to make sure all of our homeless neighbors were counted. And for the first time a registry was created to track the chronically homeless in our community. Follow the progress of Housing First Charlotte Mecklenburg as we try to end chronic homelessness by December 31, 2016
