- How good are the Chevrolet Camaro and the Ford Mustang in Forza Motorsport? In this game, the Camaro ZL1 and the Mustang GT350R has a widebody kit which significantly improves their handling. Let's see how they perform after being tuned to S-Class!

In a sea of race cars, super cars and homologated road cars in S-Class, I think they hold up pretty well!
EDIT: For those who are asking for Dodge Challenger, that car is more suited for A-Class which is currently not on rotation.

Just one thing wrong the Camaro is not a MUSCLE CAR. Chevy has said that the 2023 or 2024 model years going forward are Sports cars.

@@kira-vn1xg He was 3 seconds ahead when he entered the corner and exited it less than 2 seconds ahead. That is 100% a simple mistake and not worthy of a penalty.
@a.a110 what you are saying is braking can manipulate the penalty system? Damn, I got disqualified on the same corner, gut hit from behind left the brake kept cutting at full speed and then boom disqualified 😂

I don't find these particular GT350R and Camaro particularly fast, but I think they were pretty consistent with their rhythm, especially the Camaro.
In FM6 I used primarily muscle cars in S-Class. I wasn’t at all competitive but it was the most fun for me tbh

I watch you and raceboy77 for entertainment purposes, and I've come to the conclusion that half the bad driving is D-pad users, the other half went to Wreckfest Speed Academy for their training. Sweet Lord there is carnage from midfield back.

I do some work in the gt350, have went last to first several times! I use my own tune without the wide body kit though

the penalty system. if it detected a collision, it would make the ramming car ghost through all other cars and cause them to slow down.

GT350s use a flat plane crankshaft, so the firing order is similar to a Ferrari.
@@249sAreHeavyI know the V8s do but in FM7 the '16 GT350R sounds more like a V8 then it does in the new FM

Playing on KBM I notice you like blistering fast cars on the straight and your mechanics seem to have cornering dialed in even with your disadvantage. It still astonishes me how much you out pace cars on the straights.

Mustangs do well on tracks with long corners they can ride the outside with.
Kinda funny seeing folks barely touching throttle to keep grip while you can put your foot damn near to the floor and walk em through the hp gap

no, i dont think it was a good battle. if you watch the GT, dude was all over the place. could barely keep it in a straight line. a below average driver in a high tier car vs a highly skilled driver, (especially on WASD) in a lower tier car is the only reason it went on for so long.

a whole week of pain unfortunately, for me it is the week of "afk lvl up cars"
have you met with any hackers? seems like there's hacks now for FM . I met one that ended the race just 10 seconds in the race and another one had some sorta speed hack and grip hack. Dude had crazy acceleration off the line and was 20 seconds ahead of 2nd place in just the first lap.
That's the problem with cross platform. Console games should only be cross platform with other Consoles never PCs

man why does it seem like your car is on rails through the corner? is there a certain input technique you"re using to rotate like that while still maintaining your momentum?
It depends on your handling points on the car and certain gearing. But the kicker is that if u use the keyboard like isad then u get a bit of handicap on more traction. I use controller and what’s help is the deadzones by far

My tunes are not OP. Engine swap and Forza aero tunes are significantly better than mine. And they are public and on rivals leaderboard.

Considering the caliber of the average forza player, a peel p50 would be competetive.
ISAD why do you play with only ABS and have all other electronics turned off?
Because he plays on M&K where braking is nearly impossible without ABS.
The traction and stability cuts speed to aid stability and halt rotation. ISAD has managed to discipline his right foot to give smoother acceleration out of turns, thus improving his lap times. ABS is the best way to deal with repetitive hard braking.
@@XNY_Music ISAD's foot has all of ZERO to do with it. Bro plays on mouse and keyboard, not with a wheel. If anything his right foot spasms horrifically on the pedal, given that inputs are binary on mouse and keyboard.
@@jtnachos16 My head's just exploded, trying to comprehend that people drive using a mouse and keyboard. My head's just turned to fudge. It obviously works for him, so each to their own. My head is really struggling to grasp where the pleasure of driving that comes from turning a steering wheel, the sensation that comes from force feedback, changing gears and using your feet to control momentum. I get that the time between inputs on a keyboard and mouse is considerably shorter, but where is the sensation of speed, unless there is such a thing as a force-feedback keyboard and mouse.
@@XNY_Musicfor some people who used to play need for speed or other racing games on pc some never had controllers so we had to make do with keyboard. I myself used the arrow keys and space bar for hand brake
If you get a penalty for “avoidable contact”, then you should NOT get a penalty for avoiding contact.

@@dokutah7374i mean the charger/challenger is basically a dinosaur compared to modern mustangs and camaros. Sure it can make power, but it wasn’t built to handle circuits, it waa built to go fast in a line

These are my own tunes and they are not public. There are public tunes of the same car that are significantly better than mine using engine swaps and Forza aero.

Good to see they still haven't taken off the Ferrari 458 engine sound from the GT350R
It's a flat plane crank, it's going to sound similar to a 458 due to the engine design.
@@fordgtguy Not particularly. It's still not the same crank, nor engine size, nor exhaust design. The GT350R sounds absolutely nothing like the 458. They literally put the wrong sound file on the car.
