The Simplest Seafood Salad

In this video I share my recipe of a simple seafood Sicilian salad recipe. This recipe was inspired by the Sicilian wine video. The Sicilian white wines discussed in the previous video would be excellent pairings to this classic Italian seafood recipe.

What a great idea using the colander while cooking! Could I use Sauvignon blanc while cooking this? Or would it be to acidic?

Sauvignon blanc would work great with dish, but you should try the Grillo or Carricante discussed in the Sicilian Wine videos. Remember if it grows together it goes together. Thanks for watching and I hope you found it helpful!🦑🍤🙏🏻
