It would be great if you can make a video on lower back and posture that we can do at home. I know there are videos out there on this but you are way too good at getting to the point fast and effectively man! Thanks! My lower back then arms quit before I can feel anything on my upper back :D

Top man Midas. Started off doing one of these 15 mins at a time on 20 lb I've upped to 30 lb and now doubling up to do two at a time. I've had great results and I always feel if I don't have time that I can fit one in. One tip if you're just starting these is don't be afraid to pause the video and let yourself catch up the rest time. You're better off having a longer break and completing them properly.

Hey Midas, just recently came across your Channel and I love it. I've been working out for a month now almost but I can't get to fix my back posture. It's a weird combo of Anterior Pelvic Tilt and a humped upper back. No matter what I do my spine is never in a nuetral position and so my back workouts aren't that effective as I want them to be. Please help. 🙏🙏

This is great and practical. I just wish the back exercise in general didn't involve so much leaning over. I like the one arm, bench row, as my other arm takes my weight. I guess, without a gym and doing everything from home, these exercises deliver the next best thing. Thanks mate.

Conventional rows, not hybrid or compound moves, renegade rows etc. Which are all great but definitely don't get these intricate muscles and upper., middle, lower and sides etc. I'm going to do this all the time. Just discovered your channel. I subscribed, obviously. I love short and efficient. Could do A BIT less rest time or 10-15 second longer work period, but totally can just take shorter breaks on my end. I also like how you don't do the dreaded timer, or percentage...I like the set count! Doesn't seem so dreaded 😅 Can't wait to try your others. I hope you have abs and upper body abs combos!

I’ve been doing the 10 and 15min section videos for each during my workouts. What should I be doing? Just stick to the 10mins, the 15mins, mix and match, or do both in one session?
honestly i recommend doing the same excercises but I recommend doing 2 sets until absolute failure. Than end with partial reps to burn that back. It'l be nice and sore in the morning which is a great indicator.
