[TTYD] Chapter 3-4 Clean up

Doing some clean up in between chapters and looking at what's been unlocked in town, and going through the Glitz pit again.
Unfortunately the stream was cut short, and I couldn't finish the Glitz pit due to some issues that caused the stream to keep crashing. The second half of the clean up will be in the next upload with chapter 4.
