GEETHA VEDANTHAM, our new weekly serial, was a presentation for Ramanathan Think Foundation(Mumbai) on 12th Aug 2012 at Chennai. It offers through music and elucidation, vedanthic panacea for the day to day conundrums we confront. Pranams to musical sants who wrapped these remedies into melodic forms, making them food for thought and balm for the pained mind.

I spent a nightmarish ten days in an ICU after complications developed following left knee replacement.
It was one long nightmare without an end lasting for ten days.
I am happy I could come back home instead of landing in a rehab center.
Only lofty thoughts and lofty associations make our miserable and lowly lives lovely and livable.
Thank you for making every rendition a mini sat sang.
Each thought is a seed that grows many more thoughts likewise.
Sow more seeds of wisdom whenever and wherever possible.🙏

Another insightful thought really needed at this time. I am mesmerized at how the kritis match with the vedantic thought shared. It shows that all the great composers thought alike and also the effort you had put in to match the kriti to the topic on hand. Really blessed to hear this every week. Humble namaskaramas.

Excellent explanation abt the need of the Satsang...connecting with the Kriti. Same way, I wd like hear from u, for the benefit of the general public, the importance of the sacrificial outlook (த்யாகம்), quoting "Na Karmana.....thyagena ekena amrutatvamanasu" & Bhagavad Gita 12th Chapter 12th Sloka ..."thyagat Santhi anantharam". Your way of delivering the message will reach the mass very easily. Thank you, Sir !
