At their debut was Garam my bias (it's very sad that she is since 12 months not anymore in the group - I mean she trained so long was the youngest member and then this... come on) yes and in the era of Antifragile was Yunjin..Yunjin? Correct me please if I wrote this wrong. And now is Kazuha my bias

le sserafim has more of a put together feel that is synchronised and clean while newjeans has a more fun vibe like dancing with your friends and let loose a little you can’t compare them like that when they’re going for two different things
@@hereast but i don't think i would call that a fun vibe cuz its rather messy, you can't mix fun vibe with unclean dance moves especially in this industry where people are trained since teenage, new jeans seems under trained mayeb rushed debut and i guess should have given more time.. i mean yiu can have fun vibe kind of dancing while being in sync too i have seen many groups like just watch love scenerio ikon or shine pentagon really fun choreos and vibes just like you describes and in sync very clean
@@cacameleon i see your point however they aren’t going for the fun vibe they’re goong for the youthful vibe where it’s as you have fun with your friends, playing with the dance moves and you can see thst if you just watch their music videos alone such as ditto and hype boy.
ikons concept is nowhere near the same as newjeans, if you check any of their dance videos you see they are quite synchronised such as in goodbye road and killing me. their dances might have a part where thry jump around and freestyle like blackpink and treasure but that’s just the yg style.
this goes for pentagon as well, if you check naughty boy and daisy you’ll see that they have fun choreo but are still synchronised doing it. my point is they aren’t going for the same vibe, fun ≠ youthful.
newjeans can dance synchronized if you just watch their tell me cover you’ll see them doing a choreo that isnt their own.
le sserafim has two members that were formerly idols (sakura being in akb48 AND i*zone on top of that) and one formerly professional dancer (even though it was ballet and not idol dancing she was still a professional for 10+ years i believe and it aided in her kpop dancing) too in the group so that’s more than half with experience.
let me add that ikon and pentagon are way more experienced being groups groups for 8 and 7 years which is almost 3 or 4 times the amount of time newjeans trained (2-3 years), not counting how long they were training for, also not to mention that they’re boy groups that usually have a different style of dancing.
in a few years we’ll see if they’re up to par to these groups when they were at the same stage of their careers. please try to compare groups that debut at a similar skill level next time 🥲

from what i know yunjin or chae are considered the best dancers when it comes to “kpop dance”? (i read it somewhere a long time ago so please correct me if im wrong) because kazuha still has struggles with adjusting to different dance styles after doing ballet for all her life, but that in no way makes her a bad dancer since i consider her one of the best in the group despite that
