This is a very profound teaching of the best pastor in the Philippines. He is reminding us that we are still blind if we are outside the Grace of God that Jesus died for us to redeem us of our sins. There are still Christians who call themselves and went back to very strict in the Law of Moses. Until now they observed the feast of the Jews which according to the teachings in the Bible that they didn’t believe Jesus as the Messiah. There’s a group now who propagating the Jewish laws and teachings of the old Torah. Why embrace their religion when it is contrary to our Christian teachings! This teaching is for them I believe. Pastor Ed just explaining that the God Of Israel on those time period is not the God that is the Father of Jesus Christ. There is a logic in that because pastor Ed is certain that their belief in God Yahweh was corrupted by the Pharisee. This is a very profound teaching of the best pastor in the Philippines. He is reminding us that we are still blind if we are outside the Grace of God that Jesus died for us to redeem us of our sins. There are still Christians who call themselves and went back to very strict in the Law of Moses. Until now they observed the feast of the Jews which according to the teachings in the Bible that they didn’t believe Jesus as the Messiah. There’s a group now who propagating the Jewish laws and teachings of the old Torah. Why embrace their religion when it is contrary to our Christian teachings! This teaching is for them I believe. Pastor Ed just explaining that the God Of Israel on those time period is not the God that is the Father of Jesus Christ. There is a logic in that because pastor Ed is certain that their belief in God Yahweh was corrupted by the Pharisee. In my belief , since during that time there is no formal education , Israelites are easily manipulated by the Pharisees. And this manipulation is still with us even if most of us are now educated. The blind man in this preaching is the metaphor for this. This is a the kind of presentation, very intelligent.
What's happening then was not hidden to God Most High and that is why he sent his only Son Jesus Christ. To save us all.
