Though I have provided updates of 3 years in this video, some of my loyal visitors complained me that, I didn't show the whole plant (some issues and please see my next part of the response). In that case, please watch my next video where I shaped my Rangoon Creeper plant like a TREE and of course you would be able to see the whole plant - ua-cam.com/video/kqnEL7Rs2wc/v-deo.html
Please accept my apologies that I didn't cover the whole plant. It happened as it was in my Balcony at that time and my Balcony gets only afternoon sunlight. I wanted to record but, everything gets blurred as sunlight enters into the Camera Lens from opposite side. Still I tried and the footage which I have covered in the lat part of the video, was taken from 7th floor (from the top & my apartment is on 6th floor)
Sorry once again..look like I have to learn many things about shooting. Obviously I am working on that n hoping for the best days! Thank you everyone for your feedback..or else, I wouldn't have come to know that I was doing this mistake. Happy Gardening 🙂

Informative video. Thank you. My request is - can you also add the organic fertilisers as I have decided not to use inorganic fertilisers & pesticides. I am a beginner gardner and find your video very useful. from Bangalore
@Upendra Rao, Most welcome and thank you for the feedback :-) The first one is Organic and it's available on Amazon. Instead of that, you can also use other organic fertilizers such as - Mustard cake powder, Bone meal etc..In many of my videos I have already shown how to use them. Such as here - ua-cam.com/video/fdmU48tC2ck/v-deo.html All the best :-)

At 9:24 the leaf at right is of dwarf variety of rangoon creeper or its size is small as it is grown in pot
@Chaitanya Srivastava, Actually there are no real dwarf variety but right one is marketed as Dwarf variety. Both can be grown in pots as I am doing and both would cover lots of space if allowed. I have seen the 2nd variety climbing to top of a 3 storey building.
GroWs oh like so nice to feel this around grow.
Hello! Thank you so much for your video. Wonderful updates. Would you please be able to tell me how to deal with pests?
@Meghna Shroff, Glad you liked it and thank you So much for the feedback :-) For Pest attack, I already did a video few days back and you can find here (ua-cam.com/video/aeuTt2LWdls/v-deo.html) Though, it was about Mealybugs, these methods work against other Pests too...and specially the last method would work against all gardening pests. I hope you would find it useful and let me know if you have any questions, thank you :-)

@FACTOMANIA, No, please don't do it now as they are perfect for Winter. For such temperature, please consider growing these - ua-cam.com/video/7M11juZaJ_8/v-deo.html Thank you :-)

@Sahil Sahni, Glad you liked it and thank you very much :-)
Hi i bought a madhumati plant and repotted in a 13inch pot. Its leaves are turning yellow but flowers i can still see . What could be the issue ?
❤
Both veriety have fragrance?
Sir a very informative video
Would like to know which plants could be grown in the West facing balcony as I get the sunlight from 12 noon to the sunset time .
Thank you
@kadambari gonsalves, Thank you very much for the feedback, much appreciated :-) 12-Sunset is plenty of time and you can grow all the plants. Only one thing - flowering may be less on few plants that need more Sunlight. Such as Bougainvillea, Portulaca etc..Good luck and Sir is not required actually :-)
@@GardeningUpbeat Thanks a lot .
where do you throw your cuttings dada? 😁
@Pushkar Tripathi, Ha ha...😁😁 You are always welcome to come to my home and take cuttings :-)
@@GardeningUpbeat So nice of you, Thanks alot. However at this time safety is most important. Hope you all are fine, stsy safe dada.
@Pushkar Tripathi, Yeah, agree with you! We all are fine, thank you and hope you all are doing well. Take the vaccine soon (if not done yet)....today we are done with First shot.
Does the flower smell ?
Informative video👌📹
Left one is that which is grown directly in the ground?
Are those dwarf variety and normal variety . I was planning to buy dwarf one. If dwarf variety blooms less, them I will buy normal one
Mine 2 Rangoon creeper died ...my balcony is closed with wire mesh I think that is why plants are not doing well...
@Naseema Khan, Happening as they don't get sunlight properly. You can grow many other plants that don't need lots of sunlight. I would upload a video very soon :-)
Which part of India you are staying? I am from Maharashtra
Good to know as I have quite many viewers from Maharastra..I am from Guwahati (Assam), thank you!

How can it be propagated seeds airlayering or cuttings?
Is it seasonal or forever green?
i think these were grown in ground for few months then planted in pot
Is this is a dwarf variety.?
In Jarai language we called bunga ding gru they grown wild surround my village when I was grown up
Hello Sir,
I got a rangoon creeper plant - I think it's of the second variety which blooms less. (I just realized after watching ur video)
I got this plant about 50 days ago. and it had good number of flowers and buda on it. all those buds blossomed well. but after that the buds r coming but not blossing. they keep dropping down. I asked at the nursery they told. me to increase the strength of the soil and fertiize it well. so added some vermi compost, and 1/2 tsp of DAP. and sprayed epson salt on leaves n soil. the leaves size has increased 4-5 times. new shoots hv come up but bud dropping continues. please guide.
my balcony also received afternoon sun from 12:30 - 6pm.
sorry it's ragoon (madhimalti) dwarf plant
How to propagate this Rangoon creeper ? We call it MADHUMALTI IN India . Can anyone please share how to proogate
@Mala Kapadia, From cuttings..I actually did once while propagating the plant for my friend. But, couldn't record anything :-( Anyway, I would try to do once more. I am from India too, from Guwahati (Assam) and in local language, we call is Madhabilata :-)
No in Assam we call it Madhoimaloti .
@Lekhik Hazarika...Really, I wasn't aware and I do agree, names of many plants get changed based on the locality. Actually my Mom always used to call them as Madhabilata (when I was at class 6th we had a huge plant) and I can see the same in an article from Assam Tribune - assamtribune.com/sweet-fragrance-of-autumn-long-forgotten Anyway, I hope, everyone in your family along with you are doing well, TC :-)
@@GardeningUpbeat yes , it's possible names of plants gets changed according to the places or area we live in ,I am used to the name Madhoi maloti . May be it is known by both the names vice_versa . i have attached the link where you can find Madhoi maloti name too :) (indiabiodiversity.org/observation/show/1777196 ) and everyone in my family is doing good. Thankyou 😊
The nursary Wale uncle ne mujhe wo chhote leaves Wala plant 20rupaye me de diya ......Feb se ab September ho chala h .... flowering hua hi nai h..... monthly DAP+Compost+spray(NPK+seaweed) deta hu....no results......Ab plant h fekunga to nai.... Greenary ke liye hi rakha hua hu.😂.....Next yr feb-march me wo more flowering wala lunga
how to propagate that 1 i want to know
I planted mine a year ago, however; it’s not flowering. It gets enough sunlight
One major drawback in this video is he didn't show the full view from a bit far angle so that we can see the length of the climber.. just focussing on a very close angle
Sorry for that..the vine was quite tall (around 15 feet) and was bit difficult to record. But, I should have managed something though. Anyway...would update with a new video and this time trying something new.
Are you an Assamese?
Make Hindi videos also
@Technical Shekhar, Thank you for the suggestion..from last many months, I have been thinking but editing takes hell lot of time..but still, I would do.
How to propagate.
@sharad patil, From cuttings..I actually did once while propagating the plant for my friend. But, couldn't record anything :-( Anyway, I would try to do once more :-)
Hello I have seeds
Need you help how the reproduce
Please, I know english just spanish
You cant t help me? In spanish
Poor perspective photography. It’s impossible to see the plant from the pot upwards
Sorry for that and I would keep that in mind. I was too much focused on flowers only..not on the plant much. I should have recorded the plant as well.
Jin ki kismat me kante hai unke to gamlo me bi full nahi khilte
I have the right one variety 😂😂🤣🤣.
