Street Fighter III 2nd Impact: Giant Attack (ストリートファイターIII セカンドインパクト ジャイアントアタック) is a competitive fighting game produced by Capcom that was released as a coin-operated arcade game in 1997. It is an update of Street Fighter III: New Generation. Like its predecessor, it runs on the CP System III hardware. 2nd Impact introduced new gameplay mechanics, new characters, and new special moves. The game also brings back bonus rounds, not seen in the series since Super Street Fighter II. It is also the only CPS3 title to have a widescreen feature.

Lore-wise both of them fight with the ancient fighting style of Pankration a Greek fighting style where traditionally the fighters would compete without any clothes on but obviously having naked fighters would be a bit of a problem to get away with so they gave them loincloths to compensate.
Technical-wise it was an excuse for Capcom to show off their sprite tech with Gill in that his two tone body wouldn't swap sides when he was fighting.
