@@arrlichristine2478 Yes, you can use a 3.5 hook. To this hook you need to pick up a thicker yarn than mine. But you should take into account that the toy will turn out bigger.
Obsessed with this pattern, making my 4th one at the moment. Thank you so much for this video. It is my first amigurumi project and brought me tremendous joy and fun ❤
I m just complete this beautiful unicorn... and upload on my instagram page and I receive a big order to crochet this beautiful unicorn . A big thankuuu for u to give such a wonderful pattern. ❤
I am crying happy tears because there is only two more crochet stitches that I have to learn to make this unicorn for my baby cousin that is coming in January ☺️
I started doing crochet last year. I started making simple flowers and chains, but when I started doing amigurumi, I really wanted to do a unicorn. But I couldn't find a pattern I liked, so I gave up on the idea. My friend recently made this unicorn. I saw a picture and fell in love with it. You won't believe how much I searched for a video/pattern! And you won't believe my joy that I found it! This unicorn is beautiful, and I loved your colour selection for the unicorn! The video is easy to follow too. Thank you! (Also, will 100 grams of yarn be enough. I ordered 100 grams of white yarn for this pattern)
Love this pattern! Do you have any advice for keeping the ‘right side’ of the crochet facing out when making the arms, as it is a small piece I can’t wait until I’ve finished the white stitches to flip it, but if I flip it earlier, the right side of the stitches are facing inside. I hope this makes sense! Thank you!
When crocheting a small piece, it is folded inside out. So after the second or third round, I turn it right side out with a thin, blunt object, in my case it is scissors.
@@pattern4craft thank you! The problem o was having was once I turned it inside out and continued the crochet, the ‘right’ side of the later stitches was on the inside. I worked out I just needed to switch the direction of my yarn over and now it looks great 🙂
Thank you for this charming unicorn 🥰 Personally, I use scraps of yarn (and holey clothes) to fill my stuffed animals. Economy and ecology 😉 Merci pour cette charmante licorne 🥰 Personnellement, jutilise les chutes de fils (et habits troués) pour remplir mes peluches. Economie et écologie 😉
Śliczny i zaraz go zrobię, dziękuję i pozdrawiam. Życzę samych sukcesów w 2024 roku. Spełnienia marzeń i wszystkiego co najlepsze i najpiękniejsze. ❤❤❤
Hello. This design is for beginners, but you need to be able to do basic amigurumi stitches (slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet). There are many tutorials on these stitches on UA-cam. It also helps a lot in teaching amigurumi to - create an ordinary ball. Get started, don't be afraid, you will succeed!
Hello ma'am! I started the arms, and quickly just want to clarify. Do we go through the front loops of both the stitches, or do we go through the front loops of only one stitch? (Sorry to disturb you)
@@pattern4craft Sorry about the non- understandable English ma'am. After R9 and the stuffing, the video says fold the piece and work ch1 and 4 sc stitches along the edge, F.O., leave a tail. I assumed 'F.O.' meant 'Front loops only' (which was wrong). I found out it meant finish off, hence my doubt was clarified. Sorry to bother you about this ma'am 😅
Thank you for writing. Double-check that everything is correct there. It should be 24. R4: 1 sc, inc, (2 sc, inc) x 5, 1 sc =24 1 sc, inc =3 (2 sc, inc) x 5 =20 1 sc =1
Repeating elements are highlighted in parentheses. It is written outside the parentheses how many times you need to crochet a combination of stitches that are in parentheses.
@@Beinglite If your yarn is as thick as mine, then a 3.5 hook is really very large. Even if you made the entire unicorn with a 3.5 crochet hook, then for small details take a smaller one, for example 2.5. And crochet more tightly, the fabric should not be loose.

I didn't quite understand your question. Please write in which round and on which detail you had difficulties.
@@pattern4craft Sorry about the non- understandable English ma'am. After R9 and the stuffing, the video says fold the piece and work ch1 and 4 sc stitches along the edge, F.O., leave a tail. excuse me Miss I am stuck on round 4 head and body it just doesn't make sense because every time I do it it comes up as 26 and not 24
Thank you for writing. Double-check that everything is correct there. It should be 24.
R4: 1 sc, inc, (2 sc, inc) x 5, 1 sc =24
1 sc, inc =3

Very beautiful 😻 what is its measurement in cm please
Thanks. If you use yarn and a hook like I did, the unicorn will be a little over 10 cm (4 inches) including the horn.

Cuantas vueltas tiene los brazos con el color blanco?
Las asas tienen 9 filas. Haz la décima fila en ambos lados.
🎉
Thanks you
👏🏻🤩👍🏻🙏🏻❤️
May I know the length of this unicorn❤
If you crochet a unicorn with the same yarn as mine and use a 2mm crochet hook, the unicorn will be 10.5 cm (4 inches) high.
What are the parentheses for?
Repeating elements are highlighted in parentheses. It is written outside the parentheses how many times you need to crochet a combination of stitches that are in parentheses.
I need this all in german

The horn and ears - I did it 3xs and they look nothing like that 😢
Please write what is the difference in these details and I will try to correct you.
@@pattern4craft I think it’s just the needle size. I used 3.5.
