I got the same color hoodie as you. The boxers were an old school video game theme. Galaga and Space Invaders ships. I returned the hat from August (the same garbage one that you got). I never heard back from them about it, so I emailed them today, they processed it and said I should have the credit in the next day or so.
So I got a pretty bad shirt this month. How do we use a mulligan and send it back? I can’t find anything on their website and they aren’t responding to my emails for guidance. Do you know how to do it?

I absolutely love the hoodie.. it will make a great lounge around the house (or WFH) hoodie this winter.
