I think the "hitman villain" that James was referring to is Chapel. He was a mercenary alongside Al Simmons (Spawn) who then betrayed and killed him. He then joined the superhero team Youngblood and got his face ripped off by Spawn.
I don't know what it is but Bruce is hysterical today.
