- A Crime Involving Moral Turpitude, or CIMTs, is a morally wrong act done intentionally to another that violates social norms. Each case is different and depends on the crime committed and the place in which it took place. However, any dishonest intentional act is usually a CIMT.

Just as I thought. See my comment relating to a Video by Stern. I have never been to the U.S., neither will I visit voluntarily to do so in the future. When adjectival phrases are used to criminalise citizen or visitors, my advice is: There are more places to visit. Unfortunately for somebody like me, there are more reasons to avoid visiting voluntarily. I believe that I may be subjected to extraordinary rendition.
