You are, unless you are facing an *immediate* danger (e.g.: if you are actively getting shot at). In that kind of situation it's better to have an SAHP car stolen then having a LEO down (which could be looted too by the criminals (in plus of still getting the vehicle stolen at the end if you look it from a realistic angle))
@@LudovicoGalvaniParamedico When SAHP and FBI use a discord channel called "RTO" (which stand for "Radio Traffic Only"), in this VC any LEO can call out anythings like backup request, etc... Long story short: These are different LEO's talking through the "radio"

You do need to be in a VC called "RTO" (Which stand for *Radio Traffic Only*), you are not required to speak but you are indeed required to be in it when patrolling!
