Nice one madam entertainer! What would you do differently if you had like another bank shift to work? As for the teacup, we don't use it where we come from, we use mugs and barrels for Milo hehehe

As for me, I can sleep all hours after night shift especially when it was a tiring one. If not, sleeping becomes a problem. I hate morning shifts 🥴 because waking up early becomes very difficult for me. Nice insight babes.🥰

As for the shifts , it totally depends on u…. Some prefer days others like myself prefer night shifts. It’s called a diffuser. I use various types depending on my mood. Lavender, tea tree , peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon , orange.

Simple, peaceful, calming routine after a nite shift, just like my routine as well, only I sprinkle the lavender oils on my pillows and I light up 2 lavender or raspberry candles, and, have a bed time Yoga practice, let it flow around the room for 10 mins, blow them off before I fall asleep 💯👌🏾💗💞.
