My daughters favorite pie is pumpkin! Who can blame her! I love that it is so easy. We have never tried it in a graham cracker crust. We will have to try it this way sometime soon. My thing is I sometimes overcook mine. I don’t mind it just cracks a little. I’ll have to remember that it will carry over cook like you said.
