I went to that fair. The funnel cakes are BOMB. Try the bucket fries too. The the cheesecake is ok. My favorite is the red funnel cake tho. I had a ton of fun there

In my place there's a 'mini food' fair. Most of it are desert and snack. But it's made for 1-3 bites. They're cheap too. I usually buy almost all of them.

i actually go to this fair every year and let me just say its pretty good. the bucket of mini doughnuts is a must get if youre sharing but they sell them in smaller amounts too. cheesecakes pretty good too but it really depends on the coating you get. they sell other foods (primarily spanish and american) and they do have healthy options if you know where to look.
I also live in Florida but I just get the funnel cakes because I don't want a stomach ache
