The first time, the deck turned off after about a minute oO

I did this and there's a tearing happening in the lower part of the screen. You won't see it at night time but in day time when you're driving so fast you can see the lower screen tearing apart.

It runs pretty well natively. I've not tried lossless scaling with cyberpunk 2077. I've tried the FG mod but there's a little bit of ghosting at the bottom so I turned it off.
Thank you for the Video. . Problem is that in Phantom of Liberty the performance goes down to 25 fps . So FG feels laggy. PL DLC was for ps5 only and not for ps4 anymore . I think thats the problem. you should give the game one more chance . The story is fantastic. PL even more amazing

Hi there, great video. How do you skip the red launcher? When I run cyberpunk it opens the red launcher, which then blocks the launch options you give it I’m assuming because I can’t see the DLSS frame Gen option once cyber punk is running. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

So I took my steam deck out of beta mode ,beta causes proton tricks not to work right now .since I left beta I left family share it says my cyberpunk isn't mine but the store says I own it . Because it's easy to install on windows so not much to show 😂 these mods are designed to be installed on windows, it's getting them to run on steamos that's exciting for me.
you can just leave the mod files in and just remove the launch options and the game won't load with the mod. else you need to double check the mod files and delete them.
This mod's prerequisite is the game needs to have dx12 and dlss2/dlss3 natively. Whether it works for all games that meet this requirement I'm not sure, some games still might need to make adjustments.

I must be using a diffrent frame gen mod I get mad ghosting and horrible frame time with my mod, the frame time is fixed if I lock to 60 fps but then I'm met with unplayable input lag, I have a steam deck oled
@@GrownUpGamingGUG no I downloaded mine about a month ago and I belive the mod was specific for cyberpunk but recently the frame gen has been extremely choppy and I have crazy ghosting effect while driving and around the edges of my screen when I move my camera, I think the mod was "FSR to dlssfg" I could be mistaken but I know I got it from nexus mods
If you have the non-steam version it should be fine. The steam version, if you change API from vulkan to dx12, the game crashes, I haven't found a way to make it work.

Hey there, just wanted to mention Starfield has FSR3 Frame Gen built in already, and gets good frame rates when turned on with the GPU Pinned to 1600 in the Steam Overlay. There is a little visual artefacting but Hope this helps.

I tried writing WINEDLLOVERRODES ... %command at the beginning but no success ... game launches but no DLSS. Any idea ?

Yeah I just noticed the bumper when driving, small price to pay I guess. It's a free mod, you can turn it on or off. I like having options 😂

Is this mod resolution-specific? I remember Witcher 3's mod not working on anything but 800p, with severe stuttering and ghosting on 720p.

I'm using graphic preset high as well. Turned of motion blur.
I have tried on Ratchet and Clank, reduced latency by a lot using Latency Flex

This mod totally kills Cyber Engine Tweaks, causing problems with the 'versions.dll' file. How can I fix that?
If you already using a mod that uses versions.dll then when you do the installation of this mod, select winmm.dll instead.
You can choose to install it as an asi (it's written in the setup asi is recommended for modded games)

If the mod manager requires .net framework dependencies then it won't work without it.

Hmm. So i did the same thing but im getting bad ghosting of the car with driving and major input lag
Disable frame limit to avoid input lag. There's a little bit of ghosting at the bottom of the car that's unavoidable.

thanks but I tried with the Heroic GOG version, and it does not work, I do not have DLSS3 in game options ... maybe there is something to add in the command line because, as the heroic launcher is used in my case, there is already a command line "run com.heroicgamslauncher.hgl --no-gui --no-sandbox "heroic ...". I tried writing WINEDLLOVERRODES ... %command at the beginning but no success ... game launches but no DLSS. Any idea ?

I wish we can get the Elden ring framegen mod for free.
Elden ring is dx11. Puredark found a way to make it work on dx11 so we need someone else to figure it out and offer it for free.
