    Regarding the compound steering question, you may have seen that set up on a Buckeye. They use that system because of their shorter steering bars. Also, the compound steering requires increased leg pressure while flying. The Infinity design incorporates longer steering bars so the compound steering is not required and steering is easier.

    Great video series! Just curious why you are not using a pulley on the steering bar to have compound steering set up.

      Thanks for watching the video and adding your comment. In answer to your question, the reason we do not put a pulley on the end of our steering bar is two fold. First, compound steering will double the leg pressure it takes to fly the plane and for a lot of people that can be pretty tiring. The second reason is due to the length of our steering bar. Being longer than most it provides enough steering line stroke that compound steering is not necessary. If you on occasion would like a little more turning action, you can simply reach out and pull a little more line in to achieve what you're after.
