It was you and your partner’s favorite song. You sit down and begin to cry. “Why did it have to end like this?” You think you yourself. It starts raining, but you don’t even care anymore. You just want them back.
I found your channel because youtube recommended me the „Ophelia Video“ and I am so happy that I found this channel! The Videos make me feel so calm 😌 I think one day this channel will be famous ^^ don‘t give up! :D
there's this girl I used to date. she wrote me a poem because she said she's grateful for all the effort that i did. after a couple of dates, she did not talked to me anymore. two weeks later, she's in nyc with another guy :/ this was the song i was listening to, in the dark, while it rains outside, silently crying. this video brought back the pain. i really liked her. i'd love her again if given the chance.
I thought I'd give you guys some update. She reached out through insta. She told me that the guy she went to nyc abused her, mentally and verbally. She really wanted to leave early in the relationship but was stuck. She said she dated the guy just to make many of us jealous (us, the guys that used to date her. I know, that's a red flag). I tried being there as a friend, trying to ignore what had happened between us. She gave me the hint that she still wanted to date me so I made an effort to tell her that I still loved her. This was my shot to another love but she went with another guy, back to her old antics. She told me, when we will meet again, we would play uno, which is something we did a lot after dates before. I held onto that but now she's with another guy, I guess, it's just me. She's into gaming now, with her new guy. By the looks of it, she's really really happy. I, on the other hand, is doing great. I'm going to my junior year in uni next fall and will continue my civil engineering degree. I'm into gaming as well, playing league and fps with my friends. We're in our best now and that's something I won't change. Last June 19th was her birthday. I sent her a letter (I always do, to any of my friends) wishing her a happy birthday. She was thankful that I remembered despite the falling out (twice). I guess wishing for another chance is not always a good idea.

This used to be the song that my dad used play on his guitar to me. I only get to see him once a month and I have an abusive mom and it really hurts the bad parents gets to have me all the time and let my mental health dwindle.

I imagine a motel, I’m traveling I never know where I’m going. But atleast I’m going somewhere moving away from home is hard but when home wasn’t home for you it’s not as hard. “This motel is nice” I think I hear music playing from the room next to me “they have the same taste of music as me” I get closer to the wall and lay onto it I smile remembering all my past friends and all the things they taught me “I have contacts all over the world..... they helped me so much” my Delilah is all my friends my lovers my family. I miss them. They miss me. We will meet again my Delilahs.........

i listen to music literally everyday no lie and it comforts me sometimes i'm sad but sometimes i'm happy even when i am happy i still listen to slowed or sad music it makes me feel like i'm relasing all of my stress and problems and my brother always goes why are you always listening to music and on pinterest and i say i like it to anybody who may be reading this i know its rough and it isn't always gonna be easy but try to make the most of it lots of people do sucide because they feel it will kill all your pain but what about your family or your friends or music or everybody out in the world and food and everything your ending your future family but also your adventure and i know its hard but you have to battle through it and my life isn't so easy either and none of us are perfect so don't get mad at yourself for having insecurities embrace it this week i broke up with my transgender boyfriend because i felt overwhelmed but he agreed that he wants me to be happy and he has never seen me so he said wanna do a google meet and i said sure why not and he said you gonna have your camera on and i said sure and that day i was so happy because he said i was pretty and i was like wow i'm actually pretty and next day we watched a movie and they put the movie and it didn't show so i put on a movie on my side it was the same movie and then the movie finished for them and i said i didn't see any of it but i didn't wanna disturb him that i wanted him to enjoy it and he said aw and i said that movie was amazing :) have an amazing day
When I was younger I heard this song but it was a different version of it, anyways, my grandpa showed it to me and he’s still alive but I love him so much, my grandparents always told me that being what society calls “weird” or “different” is okay and that I should embrace it, I love you grandpa, and thank you to Tom higgenson for writing this song and bringing me and my grandpa closer together
