Being a pilot you get the highest salary among all the professions, I don't think he was ever a pilot bcoz he can't even generate 50% of his salary from this outlet being a piolet.
1kg keema meat cost 750meat+300keem+250 spices ghee etc. Total=1300 selling price - 300 *10pet plate-= 3000. profit 1700 per kg. he sells 70-80 kg per day. ie. 1 lakhs per day. 30 lakhs per month. Other menu income diffrent.

Even a new pilot begin his career with a salary of at least 2.5 lacs a month.. I dont think he can make that much out of this small shop.

You're absolutely right. They probably have the best recipe of "Desi Ghee Meat". The only thing that the flesh doesn't fall of the bones, I personally don't like very much.
Gaurav, why don't you cover Zahra (Tikona Park, Jamia) for perhaps the best Biryani within NCR. Not only Biryani, their Shami Kabab, Tangri Kabab, Malai Tikka and Handi Gosht are also to die for. Price is also immensely reasonable. They're involved in certain kinda philanthropic activities too.
