Great video. I know it takes a lot of hard work to create such videos, so thank you very much. Here are my observations: 1) Never buy the two-year package to save some dollars. I took your advise and paid heavy amount for a two-year subscription and now I am stuck. Nothing works when my Surfshark is active. I do a lot of trading on various exchanges and watch a lot of vids on this platform but as soon as Surfshark kicks in, everything stops working (although my computer is still connected to the internet). I must "Pause" Surfshark in order to load web pages. As soon as I pause the VPN, everything magically loads withing 5 seconds. I have tried everything for example, Automatic, OpenVPN (TCP), OpenVPN (UDP), WireGuard but nothing works. If only I had bought the monthly plan, I would have been able to terminate this stupid subscription after a month and gone with NordVPN or ExpressVPN or something. 2) Some of the options you showed in your video are not present in my Surfshark app. For example: Location 2:30 pair OpenVPN with No Borders mode. I don't have this option at all. 3) Location 3:06: I understand the importance of Kill Switch but unfortunately, I must always turn it off because in order to browse the net, I MUST Pause the Surfshark VPN anyways. If I put the Kill Switch on, my internet connection will drop when I Pause the VPN, correct? 4) Surfshark helpline is awful. They got the money for two years, now they don't care what happens to their customers. That's my observation because they never respond to my emails. All in all, my suggestion is, don't go with Surfshark. If at all you want to experiment, go with the monthly plan first. Don't commit to two years just because someone recommended it.

Hey! There could be multiple factors causing this issue, however, I would firstly recommend changing the connection protocol in the VPN settings. If that would not help I would highly recommend contacting their customer support. 🙌

I have surf shark I changed my VPN to UK and Canada Netflix works but still seeing the same US shows. I logged out and back in a few times changed to a few countries but still US shows 😒 that was the whole point of getting surf shark for me to watch Netflix from other countries
