The thing is, Wilder will risk going out on his shield, AJ won't. That's why Wilder is so dangerous.
Wilder hasn’t been in with a puncher like AJ fact. It’s like looking in the mirror for wilder. But AJ is better in every other aspect. Do not doubt the man’s heart either he’l be wanting this more than anything. No doubt. His focus will be through the roof.
@@rossj2410 I hope so.
Aj will be like a rabbit caught in the headlights.
If he's apprehensive to get hit by Franklin then he's going to freeze against wilder. AJ has no head movement, he's taylor made for wilder.

AJ had a better chance of beating Wilder 4 years ago. Now AJ gets annihilated by Wilder Im afraid
💯 totally agree. Years ago I though he’d do wilder, now though he’s fucking shit. He’s trying to learn how to box, he should have done this in his first 15 fights getting the rounds in. Now he’s got to the top against the other top fighters he struggles and he’s gun shy like they say because of Ruiz fight.
AJ never had a chance vs Wilder or Fury that is why he avoided both, you notice none of the big heavies fought until Fury thought fuck it give me Wilder next and Wilder like a man accepted it 3x
@@gordonsharkey8303'That is why he avoided both!'.....??
I take it you don't know about the THREE OFFERS Eddie Hearn sent to Wilder in an attempt to make the unification fight when they were both title holders???
You really shouldn't make comments like this unless you have at least some knowledge of the subject.....you might look a bit foolish.
@@weedyp ahhhh I should have a bit more knowledge regards supposed contracts sent back and forth and negotiations behind closed doors. Where you in the room on Hearn or Arums side? Just so I know you don't have any agenda, It's just I have never heard of any Actual contract being sent and can only go off what both parties say online. I have caught Match room out lying on AJ vs Wilder 7 times but Arum and Wilder stories remain the same. I have caught match room out lying about Tyson Fury in double figures so I can only go on what these actual men say and catch on when the contradict themselves, backtrack or get caught flat out lying.
However you were in the room during negotiations so please let us know what you heard? How much was offered as a split, where was these fights to be held, is it right or wrong Hearn demanded TWO rematches if AJ lost (just because he denied it 100s of times but admitted it by mistake whilst going in on Fury)
Could you also tell us the fans the truth regards the Benn and Whyte situations since you seem to be definitely 100% in the know
@@weedyp also why did Fury take a fight vs Whyte 2 weeks after saying he wouldn't be ready to fight Fury in September? Why did he choose to fight in the August and not against Whyte but a journeyman who stepped in last minute Robert Helenius whose soul is locked away in Deontay chest in his cupboard?? Surely a real fighting man, a champ would jump at the opportunity to prove himself better than Fury, win the WBC and Lineal belts AND earn 10 times more?? What's the real story out of match room? Frank was caught out saying "there was no chance AJ could have fought a guy of Fury's class as early as September" did Eddie smack Frank's bum
AJ almost at the age of retirement yet his team keeps talking about re-building and learning ,bunch of clowns
33 is a baby in the heavyweight division
What do you mean, he's still learning and he's a fresh prospect! 💯
Spot on that’s what keep me wondering
It’s absolutely pathetic
No he isn't. Why are boxing fans so stupid.
No way does Joshua beat wilder he will get hurt
Bollocks , Beyoncé is utter shite and bang average, he’s shit on the back foot and gases after 4 rounds ,AJ even though he’s not amazing he’s still way better than wilder , it’s wilder that should be worried he’s been so inactive 🥊🥊🥊🥊
Who has Wilder beaten? He is wildly overrated.
Good AJ must overrated boxer ever
@@therealctp6675lol lol he will smash AJ
🐑
They say Wilder can't box, yet him and Joshua fough the same opponent and wilder took no damage and ended the fight under 2 minutes while it took Joshua 7 rounds to figure Helenius out and AJ's face still ended up coming out of the Helenius fight looking like a burn's victim. Wilder knocks Joshua out in 3 rounds

Well said
@@MiltonMotorsbeat me to it. Wilder had life or death with molina and look what AJ did to him
I love AJ to bits, but Wilder Knocks him into orbit in 1 round. I hate to say it, but AJ was always a hype job, multiple losses now,and terrified of his own shadow, only fanboys and casuals will disagree.
There's no way you love AJ to bits after saying what you said thereafter. 😄
Unfortunately that is the truth .
i love fury to bits but AJ knocks him into orbit within the first 10 seconds. I hate to say it, but Fury has ducked Usyk and AJ multiple times now and has nightmares about them, only fanboys and casuals will disagree.
AJs backache is being the only top 4 to fight this year, he's now had 2 fights in 2023.
Tyson's last proper fight was 18 months ago with AJs 1st choice, and Wilder's last fight was a year ago where Helenius was the 1st choice; hand picked, full camp, specifically for Helenius as a main event.
I agree with the rest but AJ is the only one that's been fighting in the last year so I'm not sure a penny would've been spent on watching heavyweight boxing in 2023 without AJ so far. Even in 2022 AJ fought Usyk, Wilder fought Helenius and Fury fought Chisora.
Tyson's a bum ,but what's that got to do with AJs performance?
Let's look at the facts: Wilder always lands that right hand a number of times in a fight, the first one is usually enough;
Wilder has a very good engine; and Wilder can take punishment as good as anyone. Joshua is gun shy and is tentative about throwing his right; Joshua has a very poor engine and gases out early: Joshua doesn't like being hit and becomes timid when he's hurt. Conclusion: Joshua needs to stay away from Wilder unless it's ping pong they are playing.
Wilders engine is very good ? Just watch the last Fury fight. He was doneafter four.
Wilders engine is rubbish dude.
Watch Wilder v fury 3, and then look at AJs fights, and AJ, wouldn't stand a chance
Wilder a good engine ??? Are you blind ??? Did you watch the fury fight ?.. he was fucked after 3-4 rounds 🥊🥊🥊🥊do me a favour
Wilder literally has the lowest punch output of any heavyweight, and still has no stamina 😂 he has also been damaged and knocked out on far more occasions against far worse opponents. The wilder hype is insane. Who has he beaten?
Why does anyone even use the argument that x fighter will outbox Wilder? EVERYONE outboxes Wilder, but everyone still gets caught.
Not everyone. Fury dealt with him in 3 fights. Even that ine that was a draw a fat out of shape fury took wilders best.
Fury is miles ahead of both these fights but wilder will beat AJ
I love how these ppl will go on and on about how terrible Wilder is at everything……but they’re SOOOOOOOO worried about AJ fighting this terrible fighter 😰😂🤣
Would you not cut that hair
Yup agree with you and if AJ was to beat Wilder it’d be a big deal, but majority of them saying Wilder can’t fight. So beating him shouldn’t come with any credits.
@@kid--presentablebrilliant 😂
Lol so true. wilders' unathordox style and destructive power make him an absolute terrible task for a non defensive thinking fighter like AJ. I would think AJ is knocked out brutally within 3rnds and to be honest maybe earlier.
He's technically a terrible fighter is where they are going.. but his strength with knock-out blows wins him fights.
I like how Wilder has zero skills and technique yet AJ needs his confidence and warm ups to beat him lol.
Because deontay is a powerful bastard
Lennox would have jumped at the chance to fight Wilder
AJ and his team want nothing to do with Wilder only reason they are thinking of taking the fight is he will get 50 mill so its really a matter of cashing out
Nah I can't see joshue cashing out flat on his back spark out, he definitely too sensitive for that 😂
Wilder stops AJ with his jab
We all forgetting Wilder can’t box. His best win in 42KO’s is a washed up Ortiz.. and Ortiz was beating him tf up.. until Wilder landed a windmill right hand. It’s embarrassing how bad he can’t box.
@@jjw4646 no point talking facts round here mate.
Analysing this A.J v Wilder is simple enough.. Wilder has been in trouble and found a way to land that right hand.. A.J was in trouble and he quit v Ruiz Jnr..
Nonsense. He got up 4 times after being concussed. How is that quitting?! The referee waved the fight off because he didn't think Joshua was fit enough to continue (and he wasn't; he'd have only gone on to sustain serious brain trauma). Joshua was trying to buy himself a few more seconds to compose himself and the referee wasn't falling for it. Absolutely NOT a quit! Dubois quit against Joyce, that's a quit!
@@nickg2117 You a doctor yer mug?
@@nickg2117lol, he quit, he refused to walk out of his corner when the ref told him to, so the ref called it
@@nickg2117 He definitely quit and his balls are still on Ruiz's mantlepiece
Wouldn't be surprised by either outcome - Wilder knocking AJ out or AJ knocking Wilder out. People seem to think that with this more safety first version of AJ, he has less chance of beating Wilder than he would back when he was aggressive. I don't really get that. The aggressive version could just as easily get caught by Wilder as this new one, like he did when fighting Klitschko or Ruiz. Waiting for the right time to hurt Wilder, like he did against Helenius, might even be a better approach?
Great comment. Finally somebody with a level head. It's a 50-50, but I am swaying slightly towards AJ as I think he has the boxing skills, adaptive ability, and power to do it. Wilder does not fair well against boxers and has now been knocked out twice in three fights, not to mention was almost stopped by Ortiz if it was not for the bell and ref.
@@soleknight3212 Doesn't fair well against boxers? Every single one of his opponents were all better boxers than him, yet they all lost, except Fury
@@Lee-ye3ev Yes and most of them were ahead on points, and as I said I believe he was saved from being stopped by Ortiz. AJ is better than anyone he has fought apart from Fury. Why can't AJ do what Fury did who punches far lighter?
I think this version of AJ has gone to extreme caution. The multiple combination punches have almost disappeared, it’s either jab/ hook or the 1-2. Only reason I hope AJ wins is to finally see an AJ fury fight albeit the appetite for that has decreased rapidly over the last few years.
Completely agree. Safety first could work but at the same time trying to move forward and not back too much given Wilder struggling on the back foot (spilka and helenius ko’s aside!)

AJs problem is a lack of recovery speed after he gets tagged. Ruiz in their first fight had the energy to keep taking the fight to AJ to make him quit. When Klitschko decked AJ he did not have the energy to follow it up (being a robotic pensioner). Wilder will tag AJ, either el sparko one punch or wobble him and windmill him to a KO. Outcome is as clear as day.

Wilder was capable of landing on Fury. I just don't see that AJ has the defence or the movement to avoid Wilder landing a big shot, nor does he have the chin to withstand it.
Thank you Simon for your balanced opinion, Wilder has fought less than one round in nearly three years, and beaten up two times prior to that… Wilder hasn’t been anyone….

Simon Jordan being quite mellow on Joshua for a change, I think it is a mental state with AJ, But he's never been clean knocked out , lost yes he's more power than wilder Fury beat an exhausted wilder, Wilder has a huge heart though, the times he came back at fury was amazing, But fury ain't no knockout puncher,Aj is
The country is strange, they care more about wilder than his own country. He’s not elite not average.
Why are so many people scared to tell the truth when it comes to AJ. He fights scared he lacks real aggression. Wilder would destroy him and I say would be ause hearn won't let AJ in with wilder until he wants to cash out.
I think that AJ can beat Deontay Wilder, by outboxing him in a similar way to how he defeated Andy Ruiz Jr in their rematch in 2019. However, Deontay Wilder's aura of invincibility was destroyed following his two consecutive defeats against Tyson Fury. The Bronze Bomber, who is still very dangerous, destroyed Helenius in 1 round, while it took AJ 7 rounds. For me, whoever lands the big bomb or bombs first, wins the fight between Joshua and Wilder.
🤔🥊😀🥊
If AJ can take a punch from Wilder and get back up like Fury did in fight 3, he’s definitely got a good chance to knock him out
lol
I want to see Hearn Vs Warren, live on Talksport!

No
AJ fans remind me of Man Utd fans. Delusional. Both need to accept the fact that the glory days are in the past.
And they probably won’t even fight
No, he cant. His team must know that. This fight wont happen this AJ v Wilder buzz, its all for AJ clout. They will price themselves out or come up with some other way of blaming Wilders team for the fight not happening.
Don’t particularly like either, but AJ is infinitely more likeable than Wilder, who proved to be quite the sore, dim-witted loser after the Fury losses. For that reason, I want AJ to win. But he won’t. If Wilder can land 4 knockdowns in 3 fights against a boxer as technically and defensively gifted as Fury, his right hand finds AJ at least once within 12 rounds. AJ has to finish him early, and that will require letting slip the dogs of war. We haven’t seen that for ages now, so any betting man has to opt for Wilder. Hope I’m wrong.
Out of the 3 AJ fought the best compared to to Fury and Wilder
I see AJ being on top for 2 rounds and then getting sparko’d
I thought it was decent enough performance on Saturday considering he was facing a guy that was taller than him with a longer reach with 5 days notice, people saying he's gunshy but taking someone out like that in 7 rounds is not gunshy, people saying he can't go in with Windmill Wilder and box him because he will take his head off is bollocks too, much lesser fighters have given Wilder rounds, Ortiz, Stivern, Washington, Molina, Duhapas, Szpilka, Arreola, all boxed and lasted rounds with him not even mentioning Fury so why people think Joshua can't is beyond me, hardly anybody giving him a chance, Aj only 1 ko behind Fury and in 7 fights less tells me Joshua is a bigger puncher than Fury and he's done that with a better resume than Windmill and Fury That was probably %70 Aj, on Saturday, Helenius is no pushover and it was only his jab that was landing on Aj, definitely a bit to often and a bit to easy but wilder doesn't really have a jab so as long as he keeps his hands up for the first few rounds, I think he will up his game for a bigger and better fight, Wilder trys to lay it on everyone so nothing has ever changed with him, not saying Aj wins but listening to everyone including pros saying he can't go in and box with wilder is bullshit, he was up on the cards against Usyk the so calked genius of boxing after 9 rounds, you don't do that if you can't box, he needs to do to Wilder what he did with Helenius, get through the first few rounds and work him out when wilder usually is a Windmill, get your distance figured out, he's definitely got the power to ko Wilder
He's got the power ,but not the bottle.
He's a high level professional fighter and asks people to leave him alone and let him breathe
If fairness to Joshua he was trying to unify the heavyweight division until he got derailed
Didn't see other boxers queuing up to fight Usyz
AJ would k/o wilder me thinks
Wilder wasn’t far off winning two of them fights! He had fury in serious trouble! Wilder is seriously dangerous and unpredictable!
Almost not enough.

Wilder right now will destroy Aj but maybe in few years AJ might have a chance as Wilder will be wrong side 40. Wet his pants when asked about Wilder 😂
do your best AJ, let them hype wilder but you got this
Listen to Spencer Oliver, "AJ vs. Wilder happens in January" 🤣😂🤣
Does he still think we're all arse holes? They've been talking about this fight for the last 7 years, and now its gonna happen within the next 7 months 😂
WISE UP!!!
I'm amazed how many people are making Wilder a massive favourite. Who's he ever beaten?
Underestimating Wilder is foolish.
AJ favourite, have a day off Spencer
Why is everyone comparing AJ & Wilders performance against Helenius? AJ took a last min replacement after preparing for a completely different opponent in Whyte. Wilder on the other hand had prepared for Helenius & to sweeten the deal, he knew his style inside out because he's an ex sparring partner!!! No comparison.
I’m sick of Spencer talking crap AJ thinks he beat Usyk in the 2nd fight who’s 1 of the best ever so why on earth would u need to build confidence if he thinks he won it’s not like he got badly ko’d
