Another excellent video Lol. I haven't fish that fishery but some of the lads I know have blanked there. Perhaps the fish hadn't seen those flies before (eg the straggle blob) or at least for some days with the other flies. Either way, well done!
Thanks Paul. Difficult day all round what with heat, bright sunshine and wind. Hard place to fish unless there’s only 2 or 3 on it as wind makes casting very difficult and pegs are very limited on one side. Very enjoyable though, great fights from top quality condition fish!
I live about 13 miles from there and used to go when I was younger. There's some monsters in there 👍 do you know if narworth fishery is open to the public or just syndicate these days?💚💛❤️ I got a 9lb one from there and prefer that place to new Mills
I fished dry for an hour with just the one rise, was just way too hot as bright. Happy to get what I got cos everyone else blanked! Lovely little spot though.Tight Lines!👍

Best of my knowledge Naworth is still day ticket. Tried it once, never again, choked with weed and unfishable.

Gonna be there next weekend with the son-in-law. Would like to think there would be a bit more fish activity as I hope to fish dries and buzzers.
