🔴 INGREDIENTS
250gm Butter or Margerin ( 1 cup )
350 gm maida (1.5 cup)
250 gm sugar or icing Sugar (1cup )
20 gm custard powder (2 tbsp)
30 gm milk powder (3 tbsp )
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp ilaychi powder
50 gm semolina ( 1/4 cup )
OTG temperature should be 160 to 180 degree.
Both rods on for 15 minutes Baking time.
✅Shelf life of Nankhatai is 60 days in air tight container.
✅Price of selling to customer is 50 to 60 rs pack.
✅Per pack Nankhatai is aprrox 200gm.
✅Costing of Nankhatai making at home is 100 rs .
✅In this video 45 pieces of Nankhatai is ready..
✅900 gm Nankhatai is ready.
