Congratulations on a superb installation. I owned a pair of gorgeous JBL Sovereign S7R speakers in Golden Oak many, many years ago. They were powered by a JBL integrated amplifier initially. Seeing this Kenrick upgrade to the fancy S8R pair has been quite nostalgic. I should have never sold off those speakers knowing that Kenrick has the ability to do so much magic with those JBLs. Fortunately, I now own JBL Everest 66000 speakers so the sonic thrills have been reborn. Kudos to you at Kenrick and this current owner!

Bonjour de la France........ très très beau matériel, et grande qualité, mais il y a un une terrible incohérence dans le son - les chanteuses donnent l'impression de chanter assises par terre, et les musiciens jouent au ras du sol. cela ne va pas du tout. A ma maison, j'ai des enceintes acoustiques Focal Grande Utopia EM et la cohérence est mille fois meilleure. Quand les chanteurs ou les chanteuses chantent, j'ai la sensation qu'ils sont vraiment debout devant moi........ Quand vous allez au concert, les chanteuses et les chanteurs chantent debout, pas assis en tailleur sur le sol......... et puis dernière petite remarque, je suis en triste pour les ouvriers qui font la livraison, ils doivent terriblement souffrir du dos (moi, quand ils sont venus livrer les Focal, ils étaient 4 livreurs - leurs dos n'étaient pas en souffrance), il faut faire très attention à la santé des travailleurs.
I totally agree. Where's all the emotion & bass gone. I think they (the owner) needs to dial down the room treatment quite a bit to recover some semblance of quality. Speakers (like those) with two massive woofers need to breathe. Thos are being suffocated to within an inch of their lives. Such a shame.😕

私の弱い記憶ですと、かなり前にJBLオリンパスと言う有名な格子グリルスピーカーに似てますね、確かLE-15タイプで片方はパッシブのサンパチです。間違いでしたらごめんなさい。マイクロのプレイヤーも懐かしいですね。羨ましいの一言です。ありがとうございました。
このソブリンはオリンパスと兄弟機のようなものです。外観の仕上げが異なるくらいで元の中身は同じです。
