here are the cars that are actually gonna give you wins.
Race: Runner beetle (must be runner) or if you can't control it, go with the porche RSR
Off-road: Derelict Mustang
Drift: Hurican,again if you can't control it then go with Rx7
Drag: Beetle (obviously)
For all those people who are confused as to why everyone recommends runner specs over race specs (i.e runner beetle over race beetle or runner derelict mustang over race) is because runner specs are faster than their race spec counterparts. They have better acceleration and also tend to have better brakes. Despite feeling slightly heavier than their race spec brothers, they are faster.

well sir, your sources are COMPLETELY wrong. The Evo 9 is a terrible off road car and cant even compete with the top 2. (Mustang and Bel air). It's heavy and understeery, and is overall a weak car when i comes to offroad. In runner, it's fairly good, but in offroad, it doesn't stand a chance.
Finally someone that knows what he talking about xD, I was just cringing all over when he said offroading was luck based..

Yeah the first offroad car I had in this game was an Evo 9 (cus I absolutely love evos and it's my dream car) but after losing in an offroad race in the campaign over 6 times (even after putting it on easy mode) I realised that it's utter shit and I use the Bel Air now. Also is the Audi R8 a a good race car?
Igor Blyat the Audi is a decent race car.
You won’t be beating any regeras and RSRs in it (if the driver is good).
It has good and reliable handling but it lacks acceleration.
For offroad I use the Mustang Boss 302 because it has better gearing than the 65 Mustang. The turning on the damn thing is a little stiff but once you get used to it, say hello to the new Offroad meta lol
If they add an Abarth 500, you’re gonna need to make a new list.

Drift: Lmaborghini Huracan
Runner: BMW (uh the one Jess drives @ the beginning of the game)
The vw beetle may not have a lot of horsepower, but the torque is kinda the most important thing in it, the nos is super powerful, the handling is great, however it can lose control if you hit something, which is common for other cars. So the only things you can despite is the lack of horsepower, especially at the top speed, the instability unless you're good at racing in general, and the fact it doesnt recover the speed after a drift so well. The good things are the speed is just like any other car, except the diablo iirc, the handling is great, If you use nextech or chidori, because the brakes are very important for the beetle, otherwise it just won't handle well, and it's a very small car, which means with nos you get extra speed and acceleration compared to others
I also prefer the rx7 for race spec with full outlaw parts lvl 18 absolutely insane

Race: The Porsche and beetle have the best handling. Reccomend those because mainly when you racing you have turns every race, So if you want that first place shiny metal go for those. Speed isnt always the best trust i been there. Off road: The Bel Air is like good at handling, The mustang is like speed and handling. I say use the mustang because you can win like some what 1st or at least top 3. Mustang has also great nos power.
Drift: Huracan is so easy to throw side to side and also not so slow. The GTR is not So slow. *TIP* try to use as much nos first start of race for that 2.0 bonus. Your points go like 3k every 1 second.

Porsche spyder runs a 1/4 mile in 8.2 and 0-60 is like a 1.5 or something like that I think it’s a underrated car (racer build)

Yeah its it's insanely fast accelerator, tied in racing class with regera for highest default acceleration (2.5 seconds)

The corvete grand sport is pretty good too fully upgraded with Americana and outlaw with acceleration speed and nitrous as perks it's a beast mine goes 234 with 1100 HP

Its very fast, easy to control and it goes offroad and doesnt lose speed because its glitched

Race : nissan skyline r32 its perfect for sharp turns, on decent turns 4th gear is my bestfriend and since ive excelled in the car i can keep up with the regeras and porches on turns, on straight awats i need to hope they crash haha
Drift : nissan 240sx since its the perfect drift missile in real life as well as in game its perfect for turns and in straight aways just turbo all the way with a decent turn
Offroad: i use the mitsubishi evo just like you since it reminds of the rally days. I actually have my license plate saying " group B "

Runner: i kept jess's car. I was going to change to a classis car like a chevrolet SS or something, but its her car she should keep it. Mac and tyler didnt even have a car when they reunited haha
300hp at 1000hp is a 30% bump and that's not to be ignored; however, drifting sometime requires a more unique approach. -30% hp could actually be a bonus with 1000 hp being closer to the sweet spot of perfection.

Hurracan is the best for drifting or RX7. M4 is good but not the best. Bel Air has the fastest top speed on dirt (All muscle cars are great for offroad). Race Porsche 911 Carrera RSR or VW Beetle or Regera.
Hey for the 911 carrera theres a way to drop the acceleration to 1.83 and the nitrous to 8.8 that's what I did to mine

Gotta disagree with the off-road class. It isn't luck based, and damn, I've had the Evo as an offroader. Not recommended.
The E30 M3 is more my style. With the right tune, the E30 can definitely win races.
The Evo is amazing compared to a lot of stuff. But, it is opinion based because it's best to never let off the throttle with it

The 95’ nsx is better than the 2017 NSX.
Although its acceleration is worse, it’s drift recovery and handling in general is much better.
Thus making the old nsx 2 sec faster around a track than the 2017 nsx
Honestlybthe dodge challenger is the best for runner. I have an all Americana speed cards that absolutely kills regeras no matter what.

@@soulkouga3452 For Highways choose Regera because of the top speed. For mountain Porsche 911 Carrera RSR or VW Beetle (Beetle is better but harder to control RSR is easier). Good cars in race specs are BMW M3 E30, Porsche 918 Spyder, Pagani Huyara BC, Lamborghini Huracan ( is just the best Lambo because its the best for drifting and recovery, Aventador is the worst).
