It's the first time of my life I see a live of Grover and I have no words. I will just say thanks Heaven for this heavy privilege I've been given. Grover was a crazy artist.
Colossians 3:23 “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men” He sure did play his heart out as if unto the Lord. Giving everything in his performances ❤ God bless him for sharing his musical gift with us. Rest in paradise brother Grover
This is and was my dude. He was THE SHOW. Soft spoken and willing to help all who had an affinity for art. Personally, he ran a close 2nd regarding bucket list talent I had to SEE in my lifetime and he did not disappoint. He left nothing to be desired when he walked off the stage. Sorely missed.
I had the privilege of seeing Groover perform this jam and many more on the river walk club in Augusta, Georgia, back in 1992. He blow it up; the past summer, i attended a concert (May), in Moore, South Carolina(Spartanburg county), do this jam and may i say they really did the song justice.
I do believe this was his best live performance of this song ever. Had this on a cassette tape years ago as a young man and lost it over the years. Anyone know if this live version is for sale anywhere as a remaster?
Hard to imagine 'Let It Flow' being performed without a bass player; there's a void without Lanar Brantley. I heard that whoever he had lined up as a bass player (maybe Gerald Veasley?) for this gig got sick the night before and couldn't perform ...
Live in Jacksonville is the one Grover went into another world with all the right guys kicking in, including his brother on drums. Best version live ever of that song. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽🇺🇸👍🏽

He paved the way for fusion jazz saxophone players, I could name many but most jazz fans know who they are

え?確かに冒頭ベースのスラップ音が聴こえるのにベースがいない。シンセでこんな音出せるのか??
I wonder if them women shaking those thighs throw him off his game?! It would have caught my attention! 😀
Man, is that a wet-looking shirt or is that shirt soaking wet. Dauumm, Grover !!!
What kind of angers me is the fact that they don't even make nice clothes like that anymore!
Plaited baggy pants, good luck!
Black frost my favorite❤
