✅ Make changes to your brain’s neural pathways so that you are more likely to think positively
✅ Decrease negative self-talk
✅ Increase confidence, self-love, and self-esteem
✅ Decrease stress and anxiety
✅ Increase happiness
✅ Improve your overall health and well-being
✅ Help you solve problems and weather difficult situations
Ultimately, positive affirmations can empower us to reach our goals, improve our overall well-being, and create a more positive, abundant, and fulfilling life.
💪 To get the best results:
• Listen to positive affirmations when you first wake up or as meditation right before you fall asleep, when your subconscious mind is the most open to hearing them.
• You can also play affirmations while you’re sleeping.
• Listen every day! It takes time to change your thought patterns and re-wire the brain.
• If an affirmation doesn’t feel right for you, modify it so that it rings true for you.
• Try to really feel each affirmation. If you aren’t in the right mindset for the affirmations you’re listening to, come back to them later.
