    Ultimately, positive affirmations can empower us to reach our goals, improve our overall well-being, and create a more positive, abundant, and fulfilling life.
    💪 To get the best results:
    • Listen to positive affirmations when you first wake up or as meditation right before you fall asleep, when your subconscious mind is the most open to hearing them.
    • You can also play affirmations while you’re sleeping.
    • Listen every day! It takes time to change your thought patterns and re-wire the brain.
    • If an affirmation doesn’t feel right for you, modify it so that it rings true for you.
