Really says alot about Brady the person that his reaction was so sincere & genuine about AB. He could've felt very betrayed, angry after all he's done for him.
I don’t know if I’m ready to make Brady out as a saint quite yet. He turned a blind all to all the stuff AB did because he knew he was a good enough football player to ignore it. If he stood up there crapping on the guy, there’s a really easy lane to criticize Brady by simply pointing out all the of much worse stuff he’s done that Brady was ok with. IMO Brady just does what is best for his rep, and taking a “I hope he gets help” stance is easy good PR, it doesn’t really mean he feels that way. He was ok with all the BS when he helped him on the field
he is way too conscious of himself as a 'public figure' to let an opportunity to look good in someone else's crisis slip by. regardless of how he actually 'feels"
@@garrettsteven1963 well what was Tom supposed to say then? There wasn't any BS all last year and this year until the fake vax card. That can really be said about all truly "good" people. Most people do things for others with expectations, not just purely out of the goodness of their hearts. Tom Brady is a good person.
Crazy to me that AB taking his shirt off and throwing up a peace sign with a smile as he leaves is the final straw for the NFL. With everything thing he has done off the field over the last few years, this is somehow the point of no return in the eyes of the NFL. Really goes to show how little the NFL cares about other issues (mainly women) unless the evidence gets leaked and their hand is forced.
@@nwinburn His point was that there was substantial testimony that Brown forced himself on women against their wishes but that didn't preclude him from continuing to play or be a marketable star in their league. Now that he interrupted a game and made NFL players look bad on live tv there will be concerted effort to end his career. Same thing with Deshaun; he probably sexually assaulted multiple women and yet there's a dozen teams chomping at the bit to sign him and he'll almost certainly be playing next year as a big marketed star. The NFL doesn't care what you do as long as you don't give them bad press on live tv.
Ummm, no. It’s different then running full speed routes, stopping on a dime, cutting in and out of breaks, jumping to make catches, and being tackled. Perhaps you’ve never played football. Or perhaps you were trying to be a smartass. Or both. Only you know the answer to that.
@@brooktrout1486 I played college ball, I happen to be an Orthopaedic surgeon who has treated over 1000 ankle injuries, and surgically fixed perhaps 500+ fractured ankles while also overseeing the entire rehab process. Did you really compare jumping jacks to live, in-game tackle football? Stick to talking about what you know, not what you don’t.
Buddy, doing jumping jacks and running full speed trying to juke DBs is not the same thing lol The only thing him being able to do jumping jacks shows is that it wasn't a tear. Most likely just reaggravted his ankle injury mid game and didn't feel comfortable playing full speed on it in fear of tearing something. It has happened plenty of times before in football. Players try to play on a sore ankle or foot ect. and their body has to try to adjust to stop the soreness by subconsciously shifting more weight on another body part causing a worse injury. If yall don't believe he was hurt because of his track record that's fine but saying him doing jumping jacks proves he wasn't sore or anything is dumb and shows yall have never played sports before
This was about FAR MORE than him simply not going into the game, and then him saying he was hurt. I feel that the Bucs coach had been VERY pissed with him for several other situations and this was the last straw.

The only charade is that Tom did it to be a good guy… he knew Antonio was/is a lit fuse but wanted his skill set… he needed weapons so he looked past all Antonio’s transgressions it’s as simple as that

Yeah, quitting on your team and making a giant scene and disrespecting the man that gave you a chance; that's leaving properly. Tom Brady took him into his home and treated him like a brother. This is how Antonio Brown repays him and the Bucs for giving him a chance. The man has issues and it has nothing to with CTE or anything. He was like this in high school, in college, and while in the Steelers. The entire NFL enabled him by showing love and excitement to all these diva receivers.
Here's my take....this guy was on his way to the HoF, started having some issues, burned some bridges at multiple teams and Brady went out there in NE and TB to get him on the team. It worked out pretty well last season and you can't argue with the result which was a title, but he literally just screwed the entire organization over and I don't know Brady, but I can't imagine that he feels personally slighted after having this guy's back through everything. Maybe his heart isn't in it. Maybe he is injured. All I know is that there are thousands of players that have been through the NFL and none of them have handled it like this.

So apparently he was injured which I think was on the report card all week he tweaked the injury and Arians and the coaches tried forcing him back out there but he didn't feel comfortable and they got pissed sent him home.
BA said that Brown didn't mention the injury when refusing to enter the game. Why would he force Brown into the game while Evans is also on the sideline?
Just go out there for a snap and take a knee. The refs will then force you to go out. Idk why he had to make it a show. I supported ab even through the vax card debacle. But walking out on a team mid game? Hard to defend that.
Yes and that’s what no one is reporting. There to busy trying to down him and call him crazy etc. while him taking off his pads etc wasn’t called for I understand him being pissed they pretty much told him play or lose your job when he has been battling injury. U can see they don’t really respect him. U think they would have told another player that if they don’t play there going to lose there job

Crazy to me that AB taking his shirt off and throwing up a peace sign with a smile as he leaves is the final straw for the NFL. With everything thing he has done off the field over the last few years, this is somehow the point of no return in the eyes of the NFL. I think it’s the quitting during the game more than the actions he displayed that make it the final straw.

@@nwinburn His point was that there was substantial testimony that Brown forced himself on women against their wishes but that didn't preclude him from continuing to play or be a marketable star in their league. Same thing with Deshaun; he probably sexually assaulted multiple women and yet there's a dozen teams chomping at the bit to sign him and he'll almost certainly be playing next year as a big marketed star. @@Obiamajoyisrmd wouldn’t it make sense to bench him if he was that hurt?
