A few parts that stood out to me :
I could shift my awareness to being the observer rather than the victim.
The central act of ignorance is false identification.
Practice being kind
(if proving a point that might cause discord, let that ego victory go to practice being kind instead.)
You are free to choose happiness for yourself.
When your heart becomes pure your enemy becomes your friend or even more significantly your teacher, your worst enemies are your greatest teachers because they allow you to examine the emotions of anger and revenge and then to transcend them. They give you the exact tools that you need to elevate yourself to the spiritual energies that provide your solutions.

Thanks so much for the great take aways! I agree with these and one of my favorites is "you are free to choose happiness" as he also says in another book, " This is heaven on earth, I choose heaven on earth". .
And what you've said: "They give you the exact tools that you need to elevate yourself to the spiritual energies that provide your solutions. " This is so true, with some work on ourselves we can get there. His "Spiritual solutions to every problem" has helped me so much. I go back on these books time and time again as it takes time to become pure! It's not an overnight job but with will and practice we can all elevate! Thank God that dr Wayne has touched our lives...
