"Westchester, just to the South". Uh, that's a geographic lie. Poughkeepsie is about halfway into Duchess County. Below that is Putnam County. Then you get to Westchester. Pough-Town isn't anywhere near Westchester.
A 2 hour train ride into NYC with high taxes and a poor education system. 🤔 I think I’d rather move to NJ and be half the distance to NYC and pay half the price for the same size house lol
