Want to try real Chinese food? Visit Asia. It’s especially good in China, and countries near it. Not going to lie, but usually the Chinese food in the US is bad. Best one I’ve been to so far in the US, was a restaurant called “Sichuan Impression” somewhere in California. I’ve been to two of their locations. One was good, but the other location was really good.(better than the other one)
Yeah? had that mala flavour? There are authentic Chinese restaurants out there, in Canada, the best are in Vancouver and Richmond, in BC, but NOTHING beats real Sichuan food in Chengdu, imo.
@@j.d.4697 I think if they want to try ‘real’ Chinese food, they’re gonna have to go to a restaurant which serves region specific food, such as Sichuan food. Restaurants which serve ‘Chinese’ food are normally not authentic
@@kewei4147Which are some good province foods/regions would you recommend? I’m from Canada and I’ve been to Chinese restaurants but idk if they were region specified or if they were probably Americanized because it’s the west, I love spicy food too but so whatever is good (preferably not pork)
It's not strawberry jam. It's lemon and orange peel cooked in water, add corn starch, vinegar, ketchup, then stir fry the sauce. Hence sweet and sour sauce.
Ayo happy that youre exploring cultures! Even if its not authentic, its still an introduction to new flavors! Definitely would explore more from travel videos.
