Umar bhai best one. 100% gynecologist are doing this nowadays not only in 5star type hospitals but also in foundations NGO type hospitals just because of the sake of their sp called per case type amount they increase the LSCS quantity too large scale. They are the real quacks with Pmdc license holders.

Now a days cesarian sec rate has been increased due to increased fetomaternal monitoring and due to which maternal and neonatal mortality is decreased in past women were dying of PPH iufd leading to DIC and so many complications related to normal delivery so an obstetrician ought weight the risks and benefits of both Cesarian sec and svd and decide in best of mother and the fetus..

U have highlighted an important issue , but please do not consider all doctors like this , junior doctors are especially underpaid and overworked in our country but they leave no stone unreturned in favouring patients , only some doctors spoil this profession but overall it is still the most and highly respected profession.
