Dahi ki kadi is popular recipe of India made all over India in different ways, in hyderabad this is the recipe coming from ages it's a blend of curd, gram flour and spices also it's cook till thick season with oil zeera and Curry leaves, Bhajiye,i.e fried fritters added to it in hyderabad a widely loved recipe of Hyderabad, in the combination i serve it with tala hua gosht,i.e , fried mutton, it's a simple mutton fry recipe turn out delicious every time with hyderabadi spices, both recipes are must try combo for sure

👉Dahi Ki Kadi
Curd 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt as taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves few

Green chillies 3
Gram Flour/Besan 2 tbs
for Bhajiye
Besan 200 gm
Salt as taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Soda 1 pinch
Coriander leaves few
Green chillies 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
For Tempering/Baghar
Oil 1/2 cup
Zeera 2 tsp
Garlic cloves few
Dry red chillies 2
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few

Salt as taste

Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
