I sincerely hope they keep this death the anime because if you think about tanjiro did what he set out to make nezuko human ans kill muzan not all heroes can make it past that
this scene was so shit in the manga, it could’ve been 100x better if there was no sound when giyuu was walking to tanjiro and it was completely silent no music, no dialogue, cut out the part where muzan says all that stuff about his backstory and right before he wakes up there are little echoing thuds, (im imagining the ones in breaking bad s4 “crawl space” at the end of the episode, if yk yk) and theres a bit of ringing in giyuus pov and all of the voices around him are muffled seeing whats unveiling before him, zenitsu and inosuke and kanao have tears running down their faces just seeing it. no bullshit flashback, unnecessary dialogue, or badly placed music. the finale wouldve been so much more dramatic
