Just like when fighting Orochi in Dragon Quest 3, the second phase is easier than the first, or at least weaker if a bit more aggressive. This is because in both cases you've nearly killed the boss already and the fact that they're still fighting in pinch mode is supposed to catch you a little off guard, especially the first time.
I think T. Lost Delirium is harder. At least with Greedier you can break it with D20. You have to get super super lucky in order to win T. Lost Delirium.

I've always hated that ultra greed has its own floor instead of just being part of the shop floor (which sounds like it should be there, right?). I think there should be a closed door in the shop's shop that leads to ultra greed (and super greed before it), and it opens once you clear the bosses as usual.
Fun tip: As The Lost and The Baleful (Tainted Lost) you can press the button to stop the next wave of enemies from spawning at absolutely no penalty. No clue if this is a glitch or an intended feature.
you can push the middle button as the lost without any penalty (i'm not sure if you can with tainted lost but pretty sure you can) so early boss are easier to manage or even mid/late game boss and i too was really stressed doing greedier with the lost and tainted lost i lost once when greedier had 1 hp i was so sad xD

Kind of weird to say but I think Bone Spurs actually carried this run... there were a few times I think you would have taken a hit from a stray tear that a spur blocked.
The anxiety of it all. Like, not only is it the Lost, there's Damocles that is chilling and could fall any time on you(imagine if it fell at the end and you had to restart the battle -._-.), and the many enemy projectiles. My heart was racing watching through it all

I had early damocles yesterday and accidently walked into a devil beggar👍
I'm pretty sure devil beggar is self-damage and it's not counted to activate damocles

Damocles doesn’t trigger unless you take damage so it’s just free items as T lost
Damocles is like a free-win item for lost/t-lost but if he dies and respawn with extra life itll activate
