This means it's the second-to-last layer where I place the tomatoes, and then the fresh mozzarella goes on top of that. Then, I bake it at 392 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for at least 20-25 minutes. It's important that the oven is preheated. Afterward, I take it out, add Parmesan as the final layer, and bake it using the oven's broil setting for another approximately 15 minutes at 392 degrees Fahrenheit. War mein 1. Versuch mit dem Dutch. Habe bevor ich das Fleisch hinein habe den Boden mit Zwiebeln bedeckt und mit ca. 6 Esslöffel Algavedicksaft begossen. Und auf das Fleisch zusätzlich 6cl. Irish Single Malt. Nach 1h mit 170Grad auf das Fleisch 6 Esslöffel Ahornsirup und dann große Dose Junge Brechbohnen. Nochmals 80min.bei 150Grad und fertig. War ne richtige Geschmacksexplosion. Bonjour, merci pour ton commentaire. Comme tous les types d'huile d'olive ne conviennent pas à la cuisson, j'utilise généralement de l'huile ordinaire, comme celle de colza ou de tournesol. Les huiles d'olive vierges extraites à froid (souvent appelées "pressées à froid") et l'huile d'olive extra vierge sont parfaites pour la cuisson. Après avoir ajouté du basilic à la sauce tomate, j'ai incorporé du sel et du poivre noir. J'espère avoir pu t'aider, sinon je suis volontiers à ta disposition. Cordialement. Cello
