having trouble with jiu's ult, it barely does 20k dmg even with 6+ stacks of liquor. i have built her reccomended resonance and got her psychube to level 50 edit: insight 2 level 50, p1
Crit should be favored, as healing can crit. Survival is if you're struggling with heavy hitting enemies and need that extra DMG Taken Reduction bonus.

That's a surprising rumor. Was there backlash? Why? I thought the patch is pretty solid, revenue data for China in January-February is also rather nice.

Well, I mean, people on the net tend to get angry for the most ridiculous reasons but still, I thought R99 attracts all the bookish kids in gacha audience, able to discern meaning of a story. Anyways, I don't think some backlash in global should have any impact on the way Bluepoch does things since the absolute majority of their audience is domestic. In China they're top 10 gacha by revenue and 1.6 patch was pretty good as far as I know. I think (and hope) this is just a rumor, 1.6 story was on par with 1.3 and among the best yet.
Yenisei has 2 huge problems: 1- She's a defensive healer. This game (and gachas in general) isnt balanced toward defense, its balanced toward offense because the best defense is to kill the ennemies faster, which Yenisei does nothing for. 2- She shares an afflatus with Tooth Fairy and Ezra Theodore. 2 sustain units with incredible offensive buffs and debuffs making her pretty much dead on arrival. Star and Beast dont need new healers. They need buffers debuffers. If she was, lets say, mineral where Balloon Party is the only option her value would be greatly increased. But star afflatus has argueable the best healer in the game. She's just a worse option. She'll be serviceable if you got nothing else but she just doesnt do damage nor does she do anything to enable damage and will make fights take longer because of it.
Well I mean she's a 5* character after all ofcourse you can't compare her with TF and Ezra, she's also a good alternative for people who don't have TF nor ezra
Personally she's been great for me. Started on 1.4, so no TF or MedPoc and TF rerun banner last patch wasnt a guarantee so I skipped her. She'll be replacing my Dikke (BP can stay in the other). I guess my next healer will be Villa, benching BP. She practically can nuke heal, so she's pretty AP positive and let my 2 other units (3 in Raids but obviously I havent tested that) spam moves. But I totally understand your point that she's basically a different role to other Star healers, so people with those units wont need her
Her kit is completely stacked people are sleeping on her frfr

i lost my 50/50 on Jiu, so due to fact that i had to pull a lot on her banner, my Yenisei got to P5 and i'm so happy about it!
