Yaaaay to 9K subscribers. Congrats. The camera quality is giiiiiiiiving. Admittedly, I did enjoy the flow of this. It gave big time UA-camr vibes. Nicely done. Wow to halloween decor already being out. Zuri is hilarious. My girls are the same way-- mini versions of mom for sure! When it comes to decorating for the holidays, I am more classic, elevated pieces with accents that match the holiday. I love they way ya'll were able to have this conversation. Because whew when my husband disagrees with my design style I get HOT. I handle it patiently but am shut down on the insides. Whew.

I agree with Missie. We don’t have a lot of words all over the house that say 4th of July or US but there’s mixes of stuff. I definitely don’t want to look like the was painted in the RWB or Uncle Sam.
My husband wanted to grill as well. As part of his gift we got some wagyu steak and tomahawk steak from Carniceria Prime. Have y’all tried their meat? It’s so good!

I use to be on trend with holiday decor. Now my style is more like your husband. I would use a clear drink picture and add fruit. That is red and blue. I would buy disposable plates that have the holiday theme. You can use your white food dishes and make food that is red,white and blue this way you don’t have to store the items. I would use a theme table cloth. I think now less is more. I am neutral Nancy lol
