It's great to see how close you are with your family. I have a large family as well and we all got together for The Independence Day, it was tons of fun. We eat great food, drink wonderful drinks and just enjoy our time together.
Been watching you on TRY and recently started watching your vlogs. This one was great. The way you are with your niece and nephew had me truly missing being in my elementary classroom. What you experienced is typically a daily event in my life. It truly made me giggle with joy. Albeit when not in quarantine. Thank you for sharing.

One of my goals is to take a trip to Ireland! Briefly had a layover in Shannon Ireland years ago coming home from Iraq.... was sad we were only there for a few hours. Lol did buy some duty free Irish whiskey.... lol loved the fact that the gift shop had sample shots, lets just say the rest of the flight from Shannon to Norfolk Virginia was wonderful.

I'm so glad you were able to see your family and can now. It's so hard when you can't. I didn't get to see my mother for over a month and other family members for longer and this whole lock down has been depressing. I'll admit I broke down a few times over it and I'm not one to do that. I am so glad that restrictions are lessening and I hope that continues. I wish you well and look forward to new videos. Out and about Vlogs are nice sometimes :)

My current passport has 25 stamps to IrelandI working on pacemakers; they're built in Clonmel. Now there's no travel from my home in Minnesota and I miss my friends in Ireland. You're Try videos make me laugh and, at the same time, make me miss Ireland all the more. Thanks for sharing your family. That was a special treat. I think tomorrow I'll come up some excuse to reach out to my work mates on the East side of the pond. It sure seems like a much longer way to Tipperary than 6 months ago.

I saw the hurling stick and had to click. I've heard about the game, but I haven't seen a game in a long time and I can't remember much about it.
Glad to see that you had a good time with your family, even hitting the ball around a bit with your sister.
Hurling, Lacrosse and Field Hockey are all similar running stick and ball games. Of course, each has their own specific rules, regulations and histories appropriate to their cultures. But Hurling and Lacrosse are similar enough to each other that they have invented HURLACROSSE a game that allows Lacrosse teams to play against Hurling teams on the same field under common rules.
We just say hurley.

I haven't seen my family, my mom, two sisters and two nieces, since February, now 5 months. My wife and I plan on going up home once Ontario moves to phase 3 in mid July.
My home town, Thornbury, is 171 km northwest of here, Toronto.
My wife's two sisters live here, in Toronto but her other sister and her brother still live in Hong Kong.

That was such good fun, reminded me of interactions with my own family, 2 boys then 4 girls and the kids were enormous fun.
Pop up tents can take off like that! LOL but in the US we have these things called stakes that we use to hold our tents onto the ground... (snark) and lines that we sometimes run in pairs from the top of the tents in front and back. But maybe the gale force winds came in further than you thought! Also, on the rare times when we camped in the yard, we would have skipped stakes if we could.
I think the attack the signs business was probably about your being stuck out of town so long. I’m sure they missed you. It’s like a little girl walking up to a little boy she likes and slugging him because she has nowhere for the likes feeling to go and wants to get his attention.
I’m so glad your family has been safe while your distant American cousins are stuck with President Voldemort....
Thanks for the cheer! I’ve spent several months camping and working on summer camp staff for Chicago in Michigan. My son had been hired for his 4th year on staff this year and doing aquatics this time, sigh! Well, hopefully next year.
