you made quick work of that mess. I feel your pain on getting inside the tree to actually cut the stem.
    Great work!

I worked for a tree company in the past where we did pretty much the same thing, we had total of 3 people, 1 running a machine and 2 chipping.took about a week. Good old days

Hey Tim !! Those are Juniper Pine or Sycamore Trees as they are ALL over SC . !!! Most of the Tree Cos. here will haul the limbs off instead of plugging up their chippers like what you described with yours !!👍👍👍👍👍

You should look at Milwaukee’s new pole saw. Supposed to be the most powerful pole saw made

I bet the chips smelled good!!!
I’m not sure if it’s an issue on your chipper or not but maybe take a look a closer look at the feed rollers. Your chipper looks pretty new so I don’t think it would be an issue but I could be wrong. The sharp gripping edges would get smoothed over and not want to grip.
I’d have to clean and sharpen the feed rollers bars with an angle grinder so they could grip better. The rollers with the bars were easy to put an edge on. There was one that used a bunch of curved dome shaped teeth(like a traffic cone cut in half), those were a nightmare to sharpen and clean and would clog up real quick.

Someone wants the trees gone because they saw a snake? What a shame and a waste of beautiful trees (along w/good shading/privacy lost). So much for the neighbors enjoying a little privacy, eh? This isn’t going to rid Mississippi of snakes - at all!!!

I bet the neighbors were not impressed. knocked all the privacy down. I bet they wished the trees were on the other side of the fence.

Snake: I don't know what to make of it. Whether I'm that powerful, or the kids are little sissies these days.

Possibly thuja? It's of the cypress family. Whatever it is, it's a poor choice by a ball field .no real shade.

But, it gave the neighbors a nice (and probably needed) sound screen, but now that’s gone.
