Yeah I saw that video too when I was doing my research on which slow juicer to buy. I’m so glad I chose the Kuvings brand the best slow juicer I’ve ever spent my money on it’s worth every penny and the facts that the motor is covered for 10 years makes it a plus for me.
I am still happy with the Kuvings C7000. All of these juicers (slow juicers..different makes and models) go under a lot of strain. So having a good warranty is important.

This juicer is not only expensive but one of the worst juicers I've ever used. It's hard to clean, jams and then the top will not come off! They sent me a new one and i had the same problem. I had to take it to church twice to have two strong muscle men twist the top off. Upon the first time I used it the brush wore down from cleaning. The only reason I'm watching this video is to see how to repackage it to send back to Harvest Essentials whom I purchased it from. The juice was good but to get there is way too much work!!!
Not good for you. My machine has been great thus far. Yes, the top tube/funnel part has jammed at least once, and recently the top tube/funnel part actually broke one of the three slide supports (that fit it to the bowl), so Kuvings replaced it straight away. You have to be patient and not overload the juicer. Cleaning these juicers is a good part of the work of juicing. This was the case with a prior juicer I owned. This Kuvings is no different. My Kuvings cleaning brush still works fine after many cleanings of the mesh sieve.
Really? I’ve had no problems with mine maybe you’re using it wrong mine have never jammed on me before and never had any problems setting it up and cleaning it even with my arthritis I was still able to assemble with ease

I agree . The same problem with mine. Terrible! I even shed tears for this juicer. Very hard in everything tsk tsk.
