Can u explain further the reasoning why you resample your melody to another pad?I've seen you and other peeps do this before but I never understood why. Is it to save CPU performance, come up with new melodic chops, etc etc??

those are both good reasons to do it. I also like having the instrumentals as a sample on my group with the drum sounds on it, so I am working on with sounds on pads on one group for a little jam at the end (playing drums over the sample).
