How to Swaddle a Baby

It’s one of the first things you learn as a parent - the art of the “baby burrito.” Swaddling snugly wraps a baby in a blanket for warmth and security. It can keep your infant from being disturbed by startling reflexes and calm him or her from over-stimulation.
Most new parents learn how to swaddle before leaving the hospital, but here’s a refresher video from our nursing staff on how to most effectively bundle your joy.
