AEW's been getting harder to watch for a few years now. WWE's been hard to watch for over a decade. It's all hard to watch. None of it is compelling. People can bemoan the nonsense of the "Attitude Era," but at least it had attitude - and didn't apologize for having it.

      I miss the attitude era.

AEW is not good at all. The matches are awful Indy crap 95 percent of the time. The booking is trash. Storylines are trash. The guys he chooses to push are baffling. I don’t understand Meltzer and its supporters.

It’s what happens when you have an entire generation that never really learned how to get over or really learned wrestling psychology. These guys today think being a good worker means you do 367 moves in a match. There’s a reason why versus Andre had 30 million people watch it and there wasn’t one high spot in the match.

      I 100 percent agree.

Nope you just have bad taste in wrestling. AEW is awesome and the matches are badass.

I gave AEW an honest shot. I thought it was horrible. And I’m not someone that thinks WWE is great either I grew up watching wrestling in the 80s and 90s and early 2000s but I gave up on modern wrestling in about 2007 except for a few years where I thought Rlove honor was really good but after Jim Cornett left ring of honor ring of honor turned into whatever other company was doing and high spot moves for the sake of high moves.
I gave AEW an honest try, but it wasn’t sports based it’s everything wrong with modern wrestling rolled up into one show. No one there understands wrestling psychology at all. Being a good worker doesn’t mean you do 1 million moves in a match.
We are really seeing why the territories were important. The last of the territories really went away in the mid 90s when smoky mountain wrestling and USWA went away because if you look at all the wrestlers in the 80s, all of them work different territories, and learn how to get over, learn, wrestling psychology, Learned how to cut their own promos, learned how to be good heels or good faces and then even the wrestlers who didn’t get a chance to work in territories still worked around other wrestlers that could teach them. Kevin didn’t get to work the territories, but he did have friends like Scott Hall, Rick Rudd, Barry, Windham, HBK , Austin , etc. that taught him how a big man should work. Today’s generation it feels like a bunch of wrestlers that grew up, watching the attitude era and liked watching the highlight reels but didn’t learn anything about why things are happening. Yes today’s generation is very athletic but when you are doing hundreds of moves in one match and a wrestler 25 years earlier could get a bigger crowd reaction with four moves you’re doing something wrong.

Wrestling died with Eddie Guerrero & Chris Benoit. Game over. I only watch old wrestling from the 80s & 90s on Peacock.

i really wish someone can point me to a wrestling show that you guys actually like. lol. i've been watching wrestling since about 84/85 and to me, its always been the same old sh*t. i'm trying to figure out what i shouldnt be liking about AEW programming. I'm sufficiently entertained. i mean we all wish the booking was to our creative preferences, but its honestly the same stuff as always...just a little faster.

What a crock ,im sorry but nash cant finish a sentence without stuttering his way through a thought ,he's a wwe mark cuz triple h might send him a dollar,i watch both companies and wwe is and has been crap for 3 to 5 years running, ive been watching wrestling since the days of the sportatorium in dallas and im telling you aew is so much better than wwe, from the vikings to goonther diy the gay dudes and roman being the most boring champion that company has ever had

That is just your opinion, just as this is Nash's opinion. The AEW viewing figures are low and would suggest that it is losing even more popularity, so it seems that Nash's opinion is more popular than yours. Also, not a good look to criticize somebody for not being able to finish a sentence when you can't even write using sentence structure, spelling or correct punctuation.

All the marks in here kill me. “It’s GETTING hard to watch”. WHAT!? AEW was never good. Ever. And it was always hard to watch.
I don’t know how you can let an overwhelmingly small amount of random good segments that are sprinkled in amongst a giant bunch of shit, cloud your vision. And make you say it’s good. How can you ignore the majority of garbage? Delusion. That’s how.
Indy garbage belongs OFF national television. Period.
