Thank you for a straight to the point video. My wife feels your pain about the bike seat. Lol I got her a Cloud 9 bike seat and she’s been loving it. We are planning to go try the legacy trail this week. Can you tell what you would prep now since you done the trail. Like a bike pump and lock. 😂 Where would you recommend to stop to eat in Banff and Canmore?
@Rick T ...thank you !! and thank you for the recommendation, I am going to try it out. I would say just eating before going 🤣🤣 I do most of my activities fasted, but having a snack/sandwich in the morning would have been good, since getting there took longer than expected and also packing some snacks to go. If I was to do it again I would get there early so as to find parking that is closer to the trail, although across the bridge isn't really far I think on the way back when you're tired having a spot in the parking lot would be nicer LOLL. Having a long sleeved moisture-wicking fabric as shirt since they are lighter and won't add too much weight to the body weight during the ride as opposed to a full on hoodie. We actually only stopped once to eat, and the place we stopped at was in Banff at the Banff Street Tavern. The pizza was reallyyyy good and I had left overs that I ate over the next couple of days! Being to Banff a lot of times a breakfast place I did enjoy was Touloulou's but they have more breakfast food! And lastly another place Ive been to in Banff is Bruno's but its showing up as closed due to COVID I believe. Hope you have a fun time doing the trail!!☺️
your bike looks good but if you are gonna bike that far just change your seat (wider & soft) and your seat post (suspension seat post) that's what i did to my wife's bike coz she also complains. now she can ride longer than i am lol....
