Ultra is way more powerful than super. Now you might be wondering how does this mean hyper is "WAY more powerful". Well Ultra uses 1 super emerald as shown in the comics. Hyper uses all 7 super emeralds, making him 7 TIMES stronger than ultra. And ultra is way more powerful than super. Super could already rewrite the entire multiverse with a single chaos control this is with all 7 chaos emeralds, one super emerald is exponentially more powerful than all of them combined. Ultra can send anyone anywhere and manipulate matter at the molecular level transforming it into anything he desires, and being able to send it anywhere as well and that's just one super emerald, also assuming he has the same abilities as super otherwise. Imagine, just IMAGINE what he could do with all seven super emeralds, as hypersonic. Broly? Please in archie hyper sonic's eyes he's as strong as an ant. Goku, Jiren, heck even the omni king would most likely not stand a chance although No one knows the extent of omni king's powers. Saitama? Not in a million years.
